Month to Month Terms and Conditions

Age restrictions 

15 - 17 must be accompanied by a parent or Guardian outside of staffed Hours.

Monthly dues (Automated billing until canceled)

$72.26

Annual maintenance fee

$25 + tax billed 90 days after start.

Financial commitments and obligations:

• Membership commitment length is 1 month membership will automatically renew each month until canceled.

Cancellation policies and process:

• Cancellation of membership is the responsibility of the member.

• Cancellation are of membership are done through email and is the responsibility of the member. cancellations and freezes must be submitted prior to billing date.

•AK | Fitness dose not issue refunds unless it is a result of staff error, in the event that a credit is issued, those funds are none refundable, and None transferable. 

General rules and expected behavior:

• Clean athletic shoes will always be worn throughout the facility (carry in your workout shoes)

• Staff and other members will be treated with respect.

• Equipment will be cleaned and wiped down when you have completed its use.

• Members will be appropriately clothed when in public areas, for example shirt, shorts/pants, shoes, clothing items like jeans will not be worn as they can damage equipment.

• Members must have and are required to provide a physical address.

Facility usage:

• Members are limited to 2 visit per day, for 4 hour per visit. 

• this Membership is for access from the date of joining until that date cancelled, regardless of usage. it is your responsibility to use your Membership. 

24-hour surveillance notification:

• All public areas of the facility are under 24-hour surveillance

• Facial recognition is used to determine membership status when entering the facility.

Door access policy:

• Members are not to hold the door for others when entering or exiting the facility as this is a member only access facility.

• If a member is seen allowing access to a non-member, they will receive one warning the second warning will result is membership termination without refund.

Age:

 • the Minimum age allowed inside AK | fitness is 14 years old, children are not to be brought inside the facility 

Personal property:

• AK Fitness is not responsible for stolen or misplaced items left in the facility.

• Items that are found will be placed in a lost and found and will be thrown out in 30 days.
