Member App
Download the Gym Masters member app will allows for instant access to the club once membership enrollment is complete.
To logo in to gym masters member app use your AK fitness login information that you created during your enrollment.
Once you have logged into member app and are in the arctic entry way of AK fitness click the check in button at the top of the app and the door will unlock
If you have a problem message staff directly from the app and we will resolve any issue, as quickly as possible, so you have the best experience.
Having problems connecting to the door reader
The app connects to the door reader through Bluetooth tethering, make sure that your Bluetooth is on.
for android user if your having problems finding the door reader, make sure that you allow gym master to Bluetooth tethering in your settings, and allow gym masters permission to use Bluetooth in permissions
